Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Account to support our finance operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions.
Responsibilities:
?Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
?Prepare and match supporting documents (invoices, DOs, receipts, vouchers)
?Data entry for cash book, bank, and supplier invoices
?Prepare payment vouchers and official receipts
?Perform bank reconciliation under supervision
?Maintain filing and documentation for accounting records
?Liaise with suppliers/customers on payment or invoice issues
?Assist in month-end closing and report preparation
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
0-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork
Able to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,300 per month
