Assistant Accountant
Bangsar South
*Salary RM5,000 - RM6,000*
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in external audit and finance
- Strong financial modeling skills in MS Excel and presentation skills in PowerPoint are essential
- Professional papers like CPA, ACCA, CIMA etc
- Project management experience is a plus
- Manage the deal cycle for various proposals, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and other finance activities
- Prepare deal teaser and info memo documents
- Build financial models to support decision-making
- Conduct market and industry research
- Participate in due diligence processes for potential transactions
- Assist with the preparation of board papers and/or management reports
- Provide support to the team as needed to ensure that mandates are executed efficiently
- Protect the reputation and integrity of the department and the group
- Lead a team of junior team members to execute assignments (depending on seniority)
- Strong financial modeling skills in MS Excel
- Presentation skills in MS PowerPoint
- Project management and commitment to working within tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations and take on diverse tasks and responsibilities
