Learn and practice HR daily function in a shared services environment
To maintain and organize file record for HR and assigned unit
Assist in planning and preparing employee engagement activities.
Participate in ad hoc HR projects.
Discover within own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
Performing other relevant support activities as and when required
Requirement
Undergraduate students from reputable universities in relevant field of study
Good command of spoken and written Malay & English
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
