JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE

What\'s your job like?

\xc2\xb7 Collection of service and maintenance charges and issuance of receipts.

\xc2\xb7 Issue of the Purchase order and liaison with the accounts department on collection and payments.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely filing and maintain a proper filing system.

\xc2\xb7 Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection report, correspondences and other documents related to authorities, legal and other matter related to the maintenance and management of the property.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in an issuance purchase order, capital acquisition request and letter of award.

\xc2\xb7 Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.

\xc2\xb7 Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.

\xc2\xb7 Processing and documentation all matter related to maintenance and management of the property and building maintenance system.

\xc2\xb7 To assist Building Manager / Property Executive in any other task assign related to maintenance and management of the property.

Who are we looking for?

\xc2\xb7 An individual with Higher Secondary / STPM/"A" Level / Pre-U / Professional Certificate

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant working experience

\xc2\xb7 Good Computer literate (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel & Power Point)

\xc2\xb7 Team Work, Customer Focus, Result Focus, Dependability and Responsibility and Personal Qualities

\xc2\xb7 Language Proficiency (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
