This role will be responsible to support general administrative duties to ensure a smooth operation of the department.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. To perform all office administrative functions and activities which includes but not limited to raise Purchase Order and Payment Requisition in a timely manner.
2. To provide clerical support in daily operations such as data entry, filing of documents, update records, responding to emails and liaise with supplier etc.
3. To assist in answering incoming calls (transfer calls or/ and take messages) and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email/ letter etc.)
4. To schedule appointments and meetings and ensure proper notification is given.
5. To compile reports and submit to various departments and other relevant authorities.
6. To arrange office stationeries for the departments and maintain office equipment.
7. To monitor and follow up attendance and overtime of all Plantations personnel.
8. To restock the store accordingly with the appropriate records.
9. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
1. SPM/STPM/Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management or equvalent.
2. At least a year of experience in administration.
3. Good computer skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
