Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases securely.
Coordinate all travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
To assist with flight booking, hotel booking and etc.
Provide confidential secretarial support and personal assistant duties to General Manager
Managing General Manager' diary, make appointments and follow up/remind them on pending tasks
Perform administrative duties such as documentation processing, maintain comprehensive data filing system, arrange dispatch of documents
Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staffs and business associates
Any other assigned duties as required
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a Diploma in Secretaryship/ Administration/ Business Studies
At least 1-2 years working experiences in Personal Assistant/ Administration role.
Single, willing to travel, have a own transportation and license.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
