Cezars Kitchen Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experience Assistant General Manager to join our company in Johor Bahru. The cafeteria/canteen is the life blood of a school and it's up to the kitchen team to keep the students energized with healthy dishes to give them the strength to learn and prepare for life. This is no easy feat, as we are always striving to improve the atmosphere, menu and overall service in our kitchens.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Strong leadership character, passionate, have very good PR with clients, customer orientated, fast pace, positive minded, able to handle Cafeteria operations, able to handle catering events, independent and team player.

Able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiently.
Possess exceptional PR skill
Customer oriented, High spirit with a fun and loving attitude
Have a senses of ownership and responsibility towards the outlet and company as a whole
Able to work independently with minimal supervision from top management
Energetic and fast moving
Punctual to work on daily basis and willing to stay back for events on weekdays and weekend
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) fast food chain c) restaurants or d) catering company e) multy unit operation skills
Possess basic cooking knowledge
Passionate about food!
Computer literate and able to handle basic ordering/ purchasing, and cash handling policy
Able to demonstrate strong product knowledge.
Able to send daily reports, and catering invoice tracking.
Able to Manage the team of 50-60
Able to manage and over see several catering at the same time

Duties & Responsibilities (Assist General Manager in the below tasks)
overall in-charge of the daily operations in the absence of the General Manager
Able to manage a big team and give instructions
Work closely with the Executive Chef to provide excellent services
Banqueting Services
Familiar with food and beverage operational services
Oversee daily production and staffing, report to General Manager
Assist on monthly stock count and report to General Manager
Catering services
Report writing and administration functions
Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to General Manager
Liaise with clients for catering order purposes with, report to General Manager
