Minimum qualification of SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any fields.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay, English, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Relevant experience in the related field will be regarded as an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices for both TNS and TNLS customers, adhering to company standards and billing requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all billing activities, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and easily retrievable for reference or audit purposes.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries received via email and phone calls promptly while providing effective solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.
Provide support to the management team by assisting with various administrative tasks, special and ad-hoc projects as required.
