• SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent with at least 5years relevant experience in the production, trading (plaster ceiling), construction, hardware or any related service industries.
• Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales and operation
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Regular travel in conducting business is required.

Tanggungjawab

• Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store
• Promote and recommend products according to customers, needs
• Develop and generate new business/customers
• Work closely with management to ensure archived sales target
• To check, monitor stocks and staff at branch
• Maintain good relationship with new/existing customers, and advise them on company products, price movements, and other developments
• Follow up on customers inquiry and after sales service
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Supervise storeroom and logistic department
• Ensure the smooth operation in Operation Team
• Supervise Purchasing & Admin Department
• Supervise Production Team
