Company Description Hearcare Specialist is a specialized audiology clinic located in Butterworth. We provide a range of services including diagnostic audiometry, hearing aid fitting and consultation, ear wax management, pediatric audiometry, and home visit hearing checkup service. We are committed to helping individuals of all ages improve their hearing health and quality of life. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant at Hearcare Specialist. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks at the clinic, including patient scheduling, administrative duties, equipment maintenance, assisting the audiologists during assessments and procedures, and providing support to ensure smooth clinic operations. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a plus Ability to work well in a team High school diploma or equivalent
