We are looking for a creative and motivated sous chef to join our kitchen team. He will oversee the entire kitchen daily operation. The ideal candidate should lead by example and set high standard for food production and hygiene. Directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery. Set kitchen and hygiene standards. Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety throughout the kitchen. Maintain kitchen standards by overseeing better cost management and cook times.
