Assistant Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
To supervise group of cleaning operatives in carrying their daily cleaning routine Conduct daily routine and Joint inspection for CLS as per Hospital Specific Implementation Plan. Ensure staffs to follow working procedures accordingly and to identify staff training requirement for technical skill and safety such as staff training, operation schedule and working schedule. Provide basic BICSc training to all new cleaners. Support the Supervisor in supervising the consumables management in order to ensure optimisation of usage as per SOP and to avoid misuse and wastage. Prepare documentations including reports such as Summary Weekly Joint Inspection Report, Manpower Report, Periodic Task, Daily Cleansing Activity Report, Consumables Usage Report and Daily Monitoring Checklist Report using proper forms and update CLS data in Asset and System Information System (ASIS).
Experience in housekeeping would be an advantage
. Have supervisory skills. Basic knowledge in cleaning.Working days/hours: Monday to Saturday, 7am-7pm (included OT)
Able to be started on immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
