Job Summary

Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Client Management, Business Management and Sales team


General Responsibilities
  • Support manager in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources.
  • Update and prepare regular reporting of the service complaint management
  • Coordinate with other key functions in the organization to gather and verify all necessary information
  • Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and client enquiries
  • Recommend possible improvements or process enhancements within the area of responsibility
  • Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather and verify information
  • Collaborate with DKSH IT, Client and Operations teams for service solution



Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients\' industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate basic client management skills
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken



Education

Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent


Work Experience

Minimum 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
