Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/ Professional Degree in Corporate Administration/ Management/partial or full qualification of ICSA equivalent.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Secretarial software would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills. Mandarin communication skill is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
To assist on secretarial duties and administrative task
To prepare resolution and meeting minutes
To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/ returns to the Companies Commission Of Malaysia (SSM) and other authorities
To maintain and updating statutory records, register book and files compliance with Companies Act, 2016
To liaise with clients and relevant authorities
To perform other ad-hoc clerical duties as and when required
