Job Description


  • Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management, Bachelor\'s Degree in Corporate Administration, Management, Finance, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent
  • Meticulous and able to provide secretarial support and meet deadlines
  • Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply
  • Fresh graduates and intern are welcome to apply
  • A good degree of computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and can embrace a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong sense of initiative and responsibility and has positive attitude
Responsibilities
  • To carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant laws.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments or administrative tasks as required from time to time.
  • To ensure proper maintenance of secretarial books and administration
