1. Report to the Course Superintendent. 2. To assist the Course Superintendent and participate in the construction and maintenance of golf courses. 3. To assist the Course Superintendent and to supervise the operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment. 4. Assists in planning and supervising the maintenance of greens, turfs, bunkers trees and fairways: schedules work; and supervises the employees and the use of the equipment. 5. Instructs equipment operators on the operation and care of mowing and other equipment; supervises pesticide applications and/or operates and calibrates pesticide application equipment; and supervises and participates in the operation and maintenance of pumps, and in the maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems. 6. Direct and assists staff on the planting of new vegetation, the replacement, spraying, pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs, the preparation of soil plant beds for aesthetically pleasing arrangements and tending to high stress areas. 7. Provides detailed annual plan for the various property levels and the designated landscaping areas. 8. To design and provide facility with fresh, eye-catching, interesting and pleasant atmosphere. 9. Manage an aggressive water usage tracking plan irrigation system and provides monthly reports to Management. 10. Plans and Budget for additional or replacement capital equipment. 11. Supervises and participates in the application and recording of chemical applications (fertilizers and pesticides) on the Club\xe2\x80\x99s environment in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. 12. Supervises and controls all maintenance expenses associated with Golf Course Operations and including payroll, chemicals and fertilizers. 13. Develops annual operating budget and plans for maintenance and capital improvement projects. 14. Maintains records and complete required reporting. 15. Order parts, supplies and equipment as needed. 16. Schedules maintenance practices around member play and outing to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption to members. 17. Assists in personnel management and evaluation, employee safety and personnel discipline. 18. May modify the daily work schedule based on professional interpretation. 19. To take minutes of meeting as well as administrative work.
