Position Title:

Assistant Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Department:

Customer Relations / Sales & Service Support

Reports To:

Branch Head / Sales Manager / Service Manager

Location:

Proton Jalan Larut, Georgetown

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about company products, services, and promotions. Maintain good relationships with customers through consistent and courteous follow-up. Keep customer records and databases updated accurately. Prepare and submit customer-related reports as required by management. Support marketing campaigns, showroom events, and customer engagement activities. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Service teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience. Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve overall service quality.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum Diploma in any field (Automotive background is an advantage).

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service:

Strong customer-focused attitude and ability to handle complaints professionally.

Teamwork:

Able to multitask and collaborate effectively with different departments.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, email communication, documentation).

Attitude:

Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
