We pledge to make Eastspring a place where you can Connect, Grow and Succeed...KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe role is responsible for the relationship development and support of the Affiliate Channel \xe2\x80\x93 Prudential Malaysia.The individual is responsible for delivering the Eastspring Wealth/Investment proposition and solutions to the client to support profitable growth of AUM.Adapt Regional Life Partnership Strategy to local needs: Overall responsible for the leadership and development of strategic approach to manage our Affiliate Channel \xe2\x80\x93 Prudential MalaysiaRelationship Management: Manage the overall co-ordination of the relationship with Prudential Malaysia for both General Account & ILP.Standardize Internal Fee Share Arrangements: Lead optimisation and standardisation of fee sharing arrangement, reporting, client support etcCurate 3rd party asset management companies\xe2\x80\x99 products: Full optimisation of the affiliate channel including analysis and adjustment of fee sharing structures with third parties, development of creative strategies, partner analysis and support (ILPs), and market and competitor analysis.Collaborate ILP Product Development: Work closely with our Prudential client to design and develop ILP products that meet evolving market demands e.g., retirement productsProvide ILP support: Lead and oversee the ILP support for Prudential Malaysia, including sales and marketing materials, launch and rollout of affiliate programs/campaigns.Build a high-performance Affiliate Channel team and function across Eastspring.EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience, in supporting institutional client relationship role or client portfolio manager role, either at an asset manager or a top tier bank - Good knowledge of the asset management industry, insurance industry and the operating business model of an asset manager highly desirable.Licensed with local regulatorDeep understanding of financial products and funds management industryExcellent presentation skillsStrong business level communication skills both written and verbal including report writing skillsStrong time management and prioritisation skillsConfident in making decisions autonomously and taking initiativeStrong project management skills and experienceProven track record for delivering results as part of a dynamic team structureAbility to work well under pressureAccuracy and attention to detail including delivering reports and documentation to a very high standardAt ease to interact with external and internal stakeholders, including senior management, consultants, service providers, investment and sales teams, in a multi-cultural environment.Strong team player, but needs to be able to work autonomously on projects and deliverables around and of varying seniorityBe independent and resourceful in other words, a self-starterEastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
