Job Summary
The Assistant, Ecommerce Operations Excellence assists and supports the day-to-day Finance related operations of all online businesses, back ends.
Responsible for supporting to clear all the backlogs finance reconciliation for each e-retailers and accounts of MY DKSH e-commerce business.
General Responsibilities
- Submission on monthly claims for the clients.
- Prepare financial reconciliation file - Marketplace & our internal backend system.
- Work closely with our KAMs for reconciliation of balances to ensure accurate and timely recovery of payments.
- Be the support individual with regards to the e-commerce finance operations activities.
- Proficient Microsoft excel and word skills
- Plus, point if familiar with using SAP
- Good finance and account knowledge and hands-on experience on business process design, process architecture, and process levels
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Work Experience
Fresh candidate is welcome.
