Assistant Event Coordinator

Job Description

1. Responsible as assistant at the project site
2. Attending meetings, site visits and other project-related work
3. Always update and report from time to time to the manager when on the project site
4. Taking a picture while the event is taking place
5. Provides a photo report after the event is completed for each event
6. Always make sure the work on the project site is running properly
7. Working with storage keepers, technical workers and crew.
8. Other assigned jobs

Requirements:

1) Male, age 23-35

2) Able to work on weekend if needed
