Job Responsibilities:

-Formulate and review accounting processes/policies to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes.
-Perform management and financial reporting including general accounting support functions.
-Ensure implementation of internal control and adherence of operating procedures to achieve compliance of company policies.
-Lead/Participate in process improvements within financial team to achieve higher efficiencies.
-Engage with external business stakeholders and partners for statutory and reporting regulatory.
-Provide management with timely reviews of organization\xe2\x80\x99s financial status and progress in its various activities and programs.
-Handle special/ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
-Working closely with the tax department to comply with all tax requirements and ensure timely tax submissions.

Qualification

-A good degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications.
-Member of professional body (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MACPA, CPA, ICAA).
-Minimum 4 years accounting experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities.
-Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Words)
-Proficient in SAP is an advantage
