MINE WAREHOUSE SERVICES SDN BHD

• Apply HP loan if necessary
• Responsible for oversee company expenses, general ledger, accounts payable, collection and billing.
• Process all aspects of monthly and yearly close of financial records
• Retrieve necessary month-end statements for monthly closeout process
• Prepare journal entries
• Prepare the working for sales billing, rebate and liaise with Customer and Supplier (CFA)
• Reconcile all asset accounts, including bank statements, inter-co acc
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audit
• Handle foreign worker matter (Renewal, Socso, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
• SST filing
• Monitor cash flow
• Liaise with oversea agent

MINE LOGISTICS SDN BHD

• Check haulage\xe2\x80\x99s petty cash claims
• SST Filing
• Handle Bank Guarantee renewal
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries, ensuring timely submission of annual statutory audit
• Reconcile all asset accounts, including bank statements, inter-co acc
• Prepare journal entries
• Process all aspects of monthly and yearly close of financial records
• Retrieve necessary month-end statements for monthly closeout process
• Apply & liaise with banker for HP loan, if necessaryProvide encouragement, support and communicate to team member for dateline to achieve goals

• OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB : Reponsible for fullset account (Mine Warehouse Services SB) Reponsible for closing account (Mine Logistics Sdn Bhd) Reponsible for perform Telegraphic Transfer (MineLog SCM Sdn Bhd) Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretaries Responsible for opening of new bank account/Company

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,400.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• People Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
