Train, supervise and support office staff
Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
Ensure company\'s policies and security requirements are met.
Constant Supervision of Front Office Operations and to ensure discipline and quality standards are adhered.
Ensure effective distribution of manpower with high productivity and low grievances.
Ensure all VIP guest requirements are prepared and met.
Constant contact with Housekeeping/Maintenance team in regards to daily VIP room requirements.
Display effective managerial aptitude and good human relation skills. Exibits situational leadership style, thus able to influence peers and superiors and command the respect of subordinates.
Able to introduce changes and implementations of new ideas.
Represent members of the Management Team in the interest of improving the standard service.
Requirements:
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage
Customer oriented
Strong leadership
Possess at least Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in the Hospitality Management.
Knowledge in Opera PMS is added advantage
