We are rebranding and expanding. Looking for suitable candidates to fill up the available positions..
Responsibilities:
  • Train, supervise and support office staff
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers requests.
  • Ensure company\'s policies and security requirements are met.
  • Constant Supervision of Front Office Operations and to ensure discipline and quality standards are adhered.
  • Ensure effective distribution of manpower with high productivity and low grievances.
  • Ensure all VIP guest requirements are prepared and met.
  • Constant contact with Housekeeping/Maintenance team in regards to daily VIP room requirements.
  • Display effective managerial aptitude and good human relation skills. Exibits situational leadership style, thus able to influence peers and superiors and command the respect of subordinates.
  • Able to introduce changes and implementations of new ideas.
  • Represent members of the Management Team in the interest of improving the standard service.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Customer oriented
  • Strong leadership
  • Possess at least Certificate, Diploma or relevant qualification in the Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge in Opera PMS is added advantage
