A business contributor who develops an innovative Smart Industry Solutions for TM ONE and ensure products and solutions are launched in a timely manner, driving revenue and profit growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable to lead and own the strategy of the Smart Industry product which is translated from the overall strategy of Product & Innovation roadmap. Manage new and existing Smart Industry product lifecycles from strategic planning and tactical activities. Identify new Smart Industry products and product extension opportunities by assessing the market needs and competitive environment over the upcoming 12-18 months. Develop, launch and maintain a portfolio of smart services to ensure revenue growth, in line with EBITDA and cash flow targets of TM ONE, based on feedback and market / customer understanding. Deliver a deep understanding of market need from interaction with customers and customer facing teams within TM ONE. Foster people development and capabilities building through inspirational management at all levels of the products department. Drives continuous performance improvement towards the achievements of KPIs set by industry benchmarks and internal aspirations. Proactively deliver improvement in terms of processes and production models of the organization driving lower costs and higher efficiencies. Improve in-house product development capability. Lead and manage virtual project teams with internal and external parties to develop new business initiatives by defining strategies, concepts, features, business model and positioning. Stay up to date on technical, product, industry and market developments in mobility. Trigger management on competitive movements and suggest strategic response, if necessary. Signoff all documentation, training material etc. pertaining to product releases. Manage the Smart Industry product house to build and deliver complex product initiatives. Jointly responsible (together with Product Managers) in developing product strategy, positioning, value propositions, by combining market & customer insights and technology knowledge. Drive the team to create the business requirements for state-of-the art Product Platform Framework that will be used for end-to-end Operations & Business Support System, Open-API platform and other back-end integration with TM ONE/TM product portfolios and systems. Responsible to lead product specialist team members to enhance knowledge and skills as TM ONE subject matter experts that will benefit other enabling units such as GTM, Sales, Marketing, and TM ONE Academy. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. WE VALUE Minimum 10 years with at least 7 years of product management experience managing products in Telecommunication /IT environment and 7 years managing large teams. Ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas with strong capabilities in communication within the organization. Experience in Project Management, Product Development & Management, Business Modelling, Product Marketing, Technical & Commercial Evaluation, Partnership/Vendor Management and Assurance & Fulfillment Management. Understanding on Telecommunications (IT & network) technologies (Fixed & Radio), cloud infrastructure, field operation, and application programming will be an added advantage.
