Job Purpose
- Handling all Chinese Banquet & Chinese restaurant event
- To plan all upcoming Chinese Banquet function
- To provide good & quality food
- To plan all Chinese Banquet & Chinese restaurant event & booking
- Handling all Chinese set
- Planning every month Chinese restaurant promotion menu
- Make a la carte menu
- Provide training for subordinates
- Staff performance review
- To maintain & improve food quality delivered
- Menu planning for promotion, set menu, a la carte.
- To maintain budgeted cost & control
- Accountable for environmental, safety & health at workplace
Job Responsibilities (Con\'t)
Impact / Accountability
- Ensure in maintaining 28% food cost for China Treasures restaurant for the month
- Ensure in maintaining 30% food cost for Chinese Banquet for the month
- Minimum SPM Certification
- Bachelor of Culinary Arts & Foodservice Management (Hones)
- General experience
- Hotel or Restaurant to create menu, cost control for kitchen management for planning event order
- Kitchen Job knowledge for cooking ,cutting and initiative & creative on food presentation
