The Assistant HR Manager will assist the Director of HR in developing, implementing, and coordinating human resources programs and policies. The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, benefits administration, and promoting company culture.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and coordinating HR policies and programs that align with the company\'s goals and values.
  • Manage the recruitment process including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, ensuring that they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive company culture, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee wellness programs.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring that employees have the tools and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee information, performance evaluations, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
