Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group\'s Industrial Division is partnered with a global technology and engineering MNC that provides innovative solutions and services to various industries such as oil and gas, chemical, power, pharmaceuticals, and more. Our respected client is currently looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support the HR Senior Manager in both compensation & benefits and recruitment functions and HR System Management. The winning candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager and will be based in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Key job responsibilities include:
Support the HR Senior Manager in both compensation & benefits and recruitment functions and HR System Management.
Work closely with Dept Managers and Supervisors on HR policy/procedures implementation, manpower planning, recruitment issues, performance management processes, Learning Development and competency profiling.
Support the Manager for all compensation and benefits administration of the company which includes monthly payroll processing, leave management, time attendance & OT management, benefits administration including increment, bonus, annual leave, medical claims, insurance etc.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or improve existing programs.
Manage end- to- end lifecycle of training & development program from develops training program, roll out, training delivery to measuring and monitoring of training outcomes.
Support the Manager in manpower planning & recruitment activities including manpower requisition processing, planning and report, salary benchmarking for new joiner, etc.
Ensure all statutory requirements are adhered to.
Ensure the HRIS system is being implemented and maintained company wide.
Ensure the C&B related policies and procedures are adhered to.
Responsible for timely and accurate data analysis e.g. time attendance, headcount reporting, overtime analysis, medical claims, insurance utilization as and when required.
Assist in the salary and benefits survey data analysis for annual pay proposal.
Assist in performance management process administration and competency profiling.
Generate required monthly and quarterly reports as per required.
Responsible for employee movement, resignation, confirmation, transfer etc.
Coordinate the company Communication Plan & Activities.
Making continuous improvement towards the job-related process
Other duties which may assign by the manager from time to time.
Key job requirements include:
Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Minimum 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands on experience in Learning and Development, Rewards & Recognition, and HR Information system functions
Sound knowledge of Employment Act & IR Act
Possess excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skill, able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Excellent in Data Analysis using Excel, Power point,
Good knowledge of market trends related to Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience.
Experience in handling Learning & Development & Organization Design related issues is desirable
