Role Description Works closely with the HR Manager, of the various Business Functional and all the employees to ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to for the smooth functioning of the Company. The general Assistant Resources Manager g Role Description Works closely with the HR Manager, of the various Business Functional and all the employees to ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to for the smooth functioning of the Company. The general Assistant Resources Manager guides the provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company with the guidance of HR Manager. The major areas directed are: performance management systems organization development employment and compliance to regulatory concerns employee orientation, development, and training policy development and documentation employee relations company employee communication employee welfare, wellness and health employee services and counseling monitor Immigration proces Responsibility: Identify legal requirements affection human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance. Administer benefits programs. Keep records of personnel movements such as hires, promotions, transfers and terminations. Administer performance review programs. Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits administer payroll and maintain staff records Interpreting and advising on employment legislation develop and implement policies on a variety of workplace issues eg disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management and equal opportunities Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedure Requirements: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resource management Minimum 6 years of experience in Account Management Minimum 6 years of experience in IT/BPO Industry, or relevant experience Minimum 4 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred. Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and on-going community involvement, preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff members. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the Company personnel. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs. Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills.
