Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources Management System



Manage human resources information, attendance, leaves, payroll operations for the organization. Process month end salaries, bonuses, benefits, and deductions in accordance to statutory requirements. Manage and monitor automated payroll processing promptly and effectively. Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll issues. Attendance and shift monitoring. Highlighted to business unit on abnormality. Statutory payments submission via on-line banking.

Recruitment



Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities. Proposed recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations. Assist in analysing workforce requirements in line with company growth plans. Executing on boarding activities.

Compensation & Benefits



Employee claim checking in accordance to company policy, processing and make payment. Group company insurance update and claim processing when necessary. Socso claim submission and follow up. Employee medical cost monitoring.

Others



Assist to handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievance handling. Assist with performance management and annual appraisal processes. Prepare HR reports and metrics when requested by Management. Assist in organizing company events, staff gathering, and employee recognition programs. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely support to employees and managers.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5-8 years of experience in a human resources role, experience in automated payroll software is precedent. Candidates currently holding the position of senior executive or assistant manager are encourage to apply. Experiences in various shift setting and differences working calendar is mandatory. Knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Act. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good team player and inter-personal relationship.
