This role is primarily focused on admin and documentation, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, policy compliance, and timely audit and reporting processes. It also includes managing Industrial Relations (IR) matters, supporting grievance handling, and maintaining adherence to labor laws and company standards. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience handling HR operations in a dynamic, service-oriented environment--preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, training, and performance support to ensure operational excellence.
Oversee accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle Industrial Relations (IR) cases, including grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits and compliance reviews, ensuring timely submission of reports and corrective actions.
Develop, review, and implement HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and workforce needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong understanding of labour laws, IR practices, and HR documentation standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, with proven ability to manage reporting and audits effectively.
