Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign workers.
Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job scopes.
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
Prepare bilingual offer letters, contracts, and recruitment documentation.
Maintain updated manpower planning and recruitment tracking reports.
Payroll
Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll input.
Handle payroll queries and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.
Ensure payroll documentation is audit-ready and confidential.
Industrial Relations (IR)
Support disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and domestic inquiries.
Maintain records of misconduct cases and IR documentation.
Liaise with relevant authorities and legal advisors when required.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
Employee Relations (ER)
Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and feedback channels.
Support resolution of grievances and promote positive workplace culture.
Organize staff events, recognition programs, and communication activities.
Monitor employee morale and escalate concerns to HR Manager.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, foreign worker regulations, and IR procedures.
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
Bilingual in English and Malay (Chinese is an advantage).
