1) To assist in monitoring full spectrum of Human Resource department
2) To assist in handling all types of HR letters & correspondences
3) To monitor and update attendances, leave records etc.
4) Responsible in checking & verified worker's attendances
5) To assist in managing payroll administration and overtime claims
6) To assist in generate report such as manpower report & etc.
7) To record of medical claim balance, capping limits of employees
8) Recording, filing & documentations of HR department
9) Spread of staff's pay slip
10) Making payment voucher for production workers
11) To assist HR Executive & Factory Supervisor of giving salary to workers
12) Prepare form of in out vehicle
13) Prepare exit pass & leave application form of staffs
14) Prepare hard copy of attendance, staff's leave & punch card (copy) for payroll matters
15) Filing of KWSP, SOCSO & LHDN documents
