Service Manager - IT
We are looking for Service Manager - IT
As a Service Manager - IT, we rely on you to
- Monitor hotel network and guest network infrastructure and to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Responsible for on-site support for all IT related matters, provide quality service and assistance to all users.
- Control system security , maintain accurate user accounts and access right update, review system back up process.
- Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT Manager.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity in a hotel environment.
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline.
Knowledge in Active Directory, Infrasys, opera and hardware/software maintenance is also an advantage.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in networking server projects.
Self motivated, team work and able to work independently.
Willing to work extended hours when required.
Effective bi-lingual English & Malay.
