• To prepare the related documentation on time to ensure smooth operation of shipping
• To manage and track orders by liaison with inter-section to ensure correct order is processing
• To assist executive on the related shipping operation

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Admin
• Able to speak and communicate in English.
• Knowledge in inventory procedure, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, issuing and especially shipping and delivery will be added advantages
• Initiative, good interpersonal skill, proactive and able to work under minimum supervision
• Familiar with manual and SAP and knowledge of computer in Excel, Words and Power Points
