Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager to execute the company\'s annual advertising & promotion plan.
  • To analyse and recommend action on proposal received from tenants and external parties on promotions.
  • To achieve the key objective of the advertising & promotion plan.
  • To study and understanding market trends & competitors\' directions and ensure the advertising & promotion plan are abreast to market needs and change.
  • Meet up tenants to provide marketing support and build tenant relationships.
Advertising
  • To sell and promote all advertising spaces of the mall to achieve department KPI.
  • To liaise with advertising agency in the production of advertising & marketing collaterals in support of mall marketing.
  • To ensure/maintain standards of advertising for the mall and corporate identity.
Promotions
  • To sell and promote all promotion spaces of the mall to achieve department KPI.
  • To achieve monthly A&P income from renting of promotion space & advertising panels.
  • To ensure effective implementation and coordination of tasks internally amongst department.
  • To prepare post mortems events / promotions report.
Administrative Duties
  • To prepare monthly A&P income and expenses report.
  • Monitor and compile press coverage of the mall\'s and competitors.
  • To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all promotional materials.
  • To coordinate with VMD on publicity requirement and customer service on events requirement.
Operations Duties
  • To coordinate inter department liaison towards implementation of events, promotions and roadshow.
  • To ensure the smooth set up / dismantling of events & promotions.
  • To ensure all work permit and event order form is well receive upon set up / dismantling of events & promotions.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in similar role.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
  • Customers services oriented and good personal skill.
  • Must display professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tusking and time management skills.
