Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Developadvertising and promotions strategyto drive footfall to the store.
  • Develop strategies to promote specific products, services and campaigns.
  • Liaise with Merchandizing Team to understand promotion goals.
  • Take a part in the development ofpromotional and marketingpolicies.
  • Develop promotions including deals toencourage target market purchases.
  • Organise and strategise toensure promotions reach consumersin a timely manner.
  • Work withinbudgetary constraintsto ensure an efficient and effective promotional service.
  • Ensurecompliance with any legal restraintsrelated to promotion.
  • Provide analytics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and promotion campaigns.
  • Manage advertising, event management and PR agenciesfor the development of annual advertising and promotions plan in accordance with corporate and brand image.
  • Develop and manage strategic communication channels includingtraditional print and electronic media (ATL), BTL, digital marketing, POSM etc.
  • Responsible in the overall management ofcreative and POSM in the store.
  • Oversee Media Buy & approve agency\'s proposals / plans.
  • Prepare cost for campaigns.
  • Prepare presentation materials for Promotion Plans to stakeholders.
  • Develop and create template for performance tracking on campaigns and promotions.
  • Identify and build business relationships with strategic partners for joint promotions.
  • Build and manage relationships with ISS / Partners to mutually benefit all the parties involved.
  • To Proposal, Planning, Budget Arrangement and Execution to development of campaign / promo strategies.
  • Planning and executing all communications initiatives and tasks.
  • Prepare analyzed and claim reports according to the campaign / promo.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc functions as assigned when required.
  • Manages Media Sales of the company to bring in more income.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree including studies in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mass Communications or other related fields.
  • Min 5 years\' professional experience in marketing / related role, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Five years of experience in managing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Dynamic, creative personality eager to build connections and do better.
  • Aptitude for developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Achiever with a \xe2\x80\x9cMake it Happen\xe2\x80\x9d personality.
  • A team player.
