Discover how you can grow your career, make impact and drive real change with our Winning Team today.Working Arrangement HybridThe opportunityThis position is accountable for accurate and timely compensation payment and reporting and analysis of agency data, outlined as below:ResponsibilitiesTo validate, process and ensure financing scheme/ initiatives/ agency compensation payments to Agency Force, Agency Leader Corporation (ALC) and Partnership.To tabulate and compile compensation output and ensure payments are paid correctly and in accordance to schedule.To prepare progress monitoring report for financing scheme to the Management. Leverage on Power BI to automate the reporting as well as further analytics required.To process and demand outstanding amount due to Financing Scheme in accordance with established procedure. Monitor recovery effectiveness and prepare quarterly monitoring dashboard.Liaise with service provider and independent ALC on system relation issue.
