Working Arrangement In Office



The opportunity

To assist in payments of compensation to MIB Agency Force, ALC and Partnership. Liaison with 121 and RFA on system relation issue. Maintain and update various records in PICS System and other programs. To handle ac-hoc project as well.

This position is accountable for accurate and timely compensation payment and reporting and analysis of agency data

• To tabulate and compile compensation and payment to Agency. Ensure payments are paid correctly and in accordance to schedule.
• To compile all financing scheme payments (MWA, NAES for ALC) are computed correctly and pay in accordance to schedule
• To ensure payment and report to ALC from121 system accurately
• To ensure OR payment from Takaful Ikhlas accurately distribute to agency leader accordingly and timely.
• Any other ac-hoc project assign from time to time.

What we are looking for

• The position needs someone meticulous and good in analytical skills.
• Can work under pressure and complete task in very short timeframe.
• Good in Excel, knowledge in Power BI

Degree holder, or Diploma / STPM with 3 years working experience in related field.
