Supports Company Events running at regionally and execute plus monitoring/review TNA on timely basis. At same time support agency development team and agency force channels to achieve their business goals by analysing their training needs and formulation appropriate strategy to address the needs. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Review, improve and deliver in-house training modules including virtual/online modules. Work with the Faculty Head in curriculum design, module\'s development project and support training roll out. Plan training sessions for assigned region / channel with business development team and monitor execution. Maintain ISO certification and upgrade ISO benchmark. Job Specification Degree in any field. Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry. Experience in agency development will be an added advantage. Strong drive and influencing skills. Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision. Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective. Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.
