Initiate marketing campaign preparation, and work with various stakeholders\' teams to carry out campaign execution and fulfillment process.
Track and prepare relevant reports such as overall remittance business drivers performance, channel performance, as well as internal and external campaign results for announcement.
Prepares approval paper for management sign off on policy updates for new, revised or housekeeping matters.
Supports Remittance projects or initiatives where required.
Conduct regular market checks and competitors benchmarking against local and foreign banks, as well as non-financial players to ensure product offerings, features, value proposition and FX pricing remain competitive in the market.
Engage with Decision Management team in analyzing data for remittance business expansion.
Identify new business opportunities in line with digital trend.
Provide product training and campaign briefing to sales staff, branches and call centre, as well as support any ad-hoc issues or enquiries.
Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
