Oversee department functions and lead a team of Engineers & Technicians. Responsible to drive all engineering activities including process design, productivity Improvement, line layouts, product engineering, ECN management and materials compliance. Evaluate, develop and maintain work processes, procedures and operating systems for the department and the manufacture of existing products. * Provide management support, resource planning & motivational support to the team.
