: * Scrutinize Application and/or request received are in order prior transmitting to TPC for compliance check and execution in TFS;

Perform reconciliation and ensure transactions are executed timely.
Perform quarterly Post Audit compliance checking against summary of invoices/transport documents for their respective customers.
Assist in periodic reporting and/or ad-hoc filing or housekeeping activities;
Ensure timely trade delivery and customers\' expectations are met; and
Any other responsibilities and/or ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
