Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible to monitor and oversee Body Shop Operation.
- To monitor, analysis and initiate activities in order to meet high quality of product based on product specification and customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback.
- To fulfill the Production Planning target based on Master Production Planning by maximizing the productivity (Operation Ratio) and manpower workforce.
- To lead and manage all the sections in Body Shop Department.
- To steer the Body Shop Department either Production or Production Engineering group towards company\'s policies and objectives
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, / Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in automotive industry / automotive assembly manufacturing.
- Experience in people management and result oriented.
- Analytical, able to work under pressure, with the key ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
