iRoom specializes in co-living and residential rental management across the Klang Valley. We help property owners achieve higher and stable rental returns through professional marketing, operations, and tenant management - enabling them to enjoy hassle-free passive income.
The Assistant Manager - Business Building plays a key role in expanding iRoom's property portfolio by engaging property owners, investors, and developers to adopt our property management services. This position requires strong business development skills, market insights, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders through strategic communication.

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or relevant discipline
  • Mandarin & English proficiency (spoken & written)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with confidence in presentations
  • Experience in business development / sales / real estate is a strong advantage
  • Proactive, independent, and driven by measurable targets
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley
Tanggungjawab
Business Acquisition & Growth
  • Source and secure new property owners for management services (long-stay & co-living)
  • Develop lead generation strategies via networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Prepare and deliver presentations & proposals to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly unit acquisition targets and management contract closings
Client Relationship & Account Handling
  • Maintain strong and long-term relationships with property owners
  • Understand client needs and tailor proposals to maximize ROI for owners
  • Coordinate onboarding process with operations team after deal closure
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market surveys, rental rate studies, and competitor benchmarking
  • Identify new business channels, investment hotspots, and emerging trends
Brand & Collaboration
  • Represent iRoom at property events, exhibitions, and roadshows
  • Establish partnerships with agents, agent networks, developers, and property communities
Reporting & Team Support
  • Track sales pipeline, KPI progress, and performance analysis
  • Support and guide junior team members when required
Manfaat
  • 6 days per week
  • 1 day Work From Home (WFH) basis
  • Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday: WFH (for business meetings, if any)
  • Basic salary RM 3000 - 3500 + commissions + incentives upto RM 8000
