Implement new strategies and tactics with repossession vendors to improve recovery performance.
Manage & resolve the customer/dealer second level of escalations as per the escalation matrix.
Implement & drives collections and remarketing processes and procedures.
Monitor and ensure the quality of debt collection activities. Train and develop collectors and remarketing agents to meet KPIs. Coordinate with repossession agents and customers to minimize credit losses and maximize debt recovery. Handle escalations of collections, restructuring, and rescheduling of overdue contracts.
Initiate litigation proceedings against hirers and guarantors. Work with solicitors and relevant authorities such as insurers, police, customs, and the Transport Authority to facilitate recovery efforts. Ensure timely decisions and legal filings to protect the company\'s interests.
Manage the end-to-end remarketing process for repossessed or returned vehicles. Ensure vehicles are sold within the targeted timeframe and at the best price. Coordinate with auction houses and manage bids from dealers, buyers, and auctioneers, preparing all relevant documentation for the remarketing process. Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Execute the write-off of contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely reporting and updates to management.
Meet customer expectations and needs by assisting with inquiries for new loans, account modifications, problem-solving related to account management, and handling customer complaints and early termination requests.
Guide digitization and process automation/optimization, as well as system enhancements and testing.
