Job Description


:Complaints Management

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust complaint/whistleblowing management system, adhering to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the intake and documentation of complaints regarding misconduct, corruption, abuse of power, and malpractice.
  • Regularly analyse complaint/whistleblowing data for trends and insights.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies safeguarding the confidentiality of whistleblowers and information.
  • Assist the Head of Department and the Board of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (BGRC) in managing whistleblowing cases.
Detection & Verification
  • Establish and execute effective investigation and verification protocols in alignment with regulations and industry norms.
  • Manage the investigation process for whistleblowing cases and related matters per BGRC directives.
  • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports and recommendations for BGRC consideration, ensuring follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Facilitate the escalation of investigation outcomes to external enforcement agencies or relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Social Science, Law, Finance, Economics, Criminology, or related fields. Professional certifications in Fraud Examination, Compliance, Law, or Risk are advantageous.
  • Certification as a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of practical experience in audit and investigative roles, with exposure to enterprise risk management, governance, and controls.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrate integrity, credibility, and adept stakeholder management abilities with analytical acumen and sound knowledge of enterprise risk management, governance and controls.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
