Open Position: Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance (Financial Institution)
A Financial Institution is currently hiring for Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance to join them and be based in the Kuala Lumpur Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and execute the Corporate finance activities, forecasting and projections
- Support the Business Development team for investment opportunities
- Prepare and present financial modeling, assist in due diligence. business valuation as well as reviewing transactions
- Work closely with business stakeholders with a good understanding of the rules and regulations from the Bank Negara, Security Commission and etc
- Holds a professional qualification in Accounting/Finance as such ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA and etc
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
