:Job OverviewResponsible for post-contract management, administration of projects, monitoring claims and payment for Clients and Contractors. Monitoring and reporting incoming new projects and LOI from Clients and responsible for handling closing out projects i.e., Final Accounts. Senior QS involves working completely unsupervised and independently, on bigger and more complex commercial sites, tasks, and projects.Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process various contract documents such as LOA, CIDB, Insurance, and Bank Guarantees.
• Ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of internal contract documents, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage claims to clients and payments to contractors, ensuring processes are updated and monitored effectively.
• Liaise with clients for bill collection and payments, ensuring timely and appropriate disbursements.
• Oversee the appointment of contractors, including preparing management documents such as Letters of Intent (LOI), Instructions to Commence Work (ITCW), Letters of Award (LOA), and Conditions of Contract (COC).
• Manage the integration of ROSS and Oracle systems, focusing on Interim Certificates of Payment (ICP) to clients and Certificates of Payment (COP) to subcontractors.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in costing, contract management, or a related role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven track record in managing commercial risks, claims, and payments in large-scale projects.
