If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to lead our Wholesale Credit Operations team. As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Wholesale Credit Operation Center, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the center to meet departmental KRA, while ensuring compliance to internal and external policies/guidelines. You will be expected to continuously identify any gaps and highlight them to HQ for improvement. This role reports to the team lead and the successful candidates will be based in PJ City or Damansara City office. Functional Responsible for loan documentation and disbursements. Monitor and ensure deliverables are achieved within set standard. Liaison with solicitor/valuer and ARM to ensure documentations are in order /perfected in accordance with internal policies and in line with regulatory and legal requirements. Alert management if there are issues of concern which requires further attention. Responsible for the accuracy of data creation/maintenance for accounts under his/her portfolio. Ensure compliance to internal guideline & procedures for timely monitoring and tracking of all pre and post disbursement conditions imposed. Monitor and follow up on security documents Attend to customer\'s request /issues, resolve and respond to it effectively . Assist in preparation of management /ad-hoc reports Managerial Collaborate with team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience. Organizational To maintain proper records and audit trais for all work related matters, source documents, manuals and to ensure not placing the Bank in any compromising situation. To maintain confidentiality of all information relating to the Bank, its business and its customer from unauthorized parties (if any). Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree holder or equivalent. 3 yearsand abovecredit documentation experience PC literateand proficient inMicrosoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently What\'s next Once you\'ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
